Pandemonio, an ideal square of the Peninsula, encloses in its sequence of repetitions its impossible happiness. The two central buildings are taken from structures that marked the painter during his Roman life, until they transformed into this improbable panorama: San Carlo alle Quattro Fontane and the Court of Cassation. Baroque is a mark of exaggeration, which in the elegant chaos it produces, allows for the shaping of a myriad of details at will. With these premises, the artist’s creative direction recovered sculptures and paintings, from the desecration of the Laocoon, to the redundancy of Amor Vincit Omnia, reinterpreting them. The market object in its presentation must seduce the viewer. The issue is that the public interfacing with this object is conscious of this process and, over time, has consequently despised this manipulation. And here it is, the crowd, furious, devouring the individual, involving them in an immense resentment until the extinction of character. Pandemonio, the product has the duty to fascinate everyone, until the annihilation of the subject, disintegrated into a servant of beauty.

Biography

Born in Rome in 2000. Graduated in 2022 from the Rome University of Fine Arts. Currently attending the two-year Master’s program in Painting at Atelier F of the Academy of Fine Arts in Venice.
